Northwest Reiki Services All services conducted at Northwest Reiki are provided by a trained Professional. While Reiki can and does support the healing of any medical condition, it is not intended to replace or diagnose. I advise that you seek prior professional medical care and evaluation for any condition that requires you to do so. For generally healthy individuals who are seeking relief from everyday stress and balance in their lives, I encourage you to try a Reiki session. Northwest Reiki provides the following services: Reiki sessions available by appointment in Sandpoint, ID 60 Minute Session $50 Reiki Combined with Energy Tapping 90 Minute Session $75 Chakra Balancing with Tuning Forks 25 Minute Session $25 Reiki Home Visits in Sandpoint, ID 60 Minute Session $65 Distance Reiki Reiki energy-work has a very convenient aspect to it. As difficult as it may seem to believe, the Reiki practitioner and the client or recipient do not need to be in the same place. The universe and everything in it, is made of energy...energy transends physical bounderies. 45 Minute Session: $45 Reiki for Pets & Animal Communication Kristine conducts Reiki for Pets and Animal Communication services for individuals and their pets in the Idaho area or by distant healing. Reiki Masters, Kate Hilmer and Marci Van Ausdall provide Reiki and Animal Communications in the Spokane & Elk, Washington areas. Please refer to our side link for more detailed informaion about pet related issues and services. Basic Meditation & Energy Tapping Workshop: $45 Meditation is a wonderful addition to daily life. In todays frantic pace full of noise, one might argue finding a few monents a day to enjoy some peace and quiet in which to meditate is virtually impossible. It might surprise you to know you can meditate anytime, anywhere!! One only has to observe other cultures to see they have learned to create a peaceful space around themselves wherever they are at any given time in their daily lives. For most people, getting started is the hardest part, most believe they have to meditate in a specific way for it to be beneficial to them. This workshop provides you with the knowledge you need to create your own space and meditation methods that fit in with your lifestyle. Energy Tapping is a unique way to balance your body to increase energy as well as prevent stress and illness on a daily basis. Simple energy tapping techniques will be taught that one can use anywhere, anytime and only take 10 minutes a day. Reiki Classes in Sandpoint Reiki I class is taught in a one-day (or two-evening) class format that provides the student with the basics of Reiki history, techniques and ethics as practiced with oneself, friends and family. Students are taught and provided with an opportunity to experience Gassho Meditation, one of the foundations of Reiki, educational class time, written materials, the Reiki Ideals, Reiji-ho, Chiryo, Kenyoku, Byosen, and hands-on Reiki practice. Students receive their Reiki I attunement. For those of you interested in learning Reiki for use with Animal Healing, the class format will be a little different to include that aspect of Reiki. Reiki II Practitioner Reiki II is taught over the course of a full day and is for those students who wish to further their expertise in Reiki through the teachings of the Reiki "physical," "mental-emotional", and "distance healing" symbols. Advanced Japanese Reiki Techniques are incorporated into Reiki II classes. Also incorporated is the use of crystals with Reiki, normally used with Distant Reiki. Students who complete this class receive their Reiki II attunement. Students interested in advanced Reiki II for use with Animal Healing, the class format will be a little different to include that aspect of advanced Reiki. Reiki Master Teacher Class This third level of training was given the name Shinpiden by Mikao Usui (interpreted as Mystery Teachings) and is for experienced Reiki practitioners who wish to make a commitment to ensure that Reiki is available for those who wish it by passing on its teachings. (There are some people who wish to learn at this level of Reiki to practice as an advanced master therapist and are not yet sure they wish to teach.) ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~Kundalini Reiki, Levels I, II & Master Although Usui Reiki is not normally required to learn Kundalini Reiki, I personally feel that knowledge and background in energy healing IS a pre-requisite to learning Kundalini Reiki. During the process of learning and becoming attuned to the energy Kundalini Reiki, our chakras centers are opened and cleansed at a very intense level. Our vibrational level is raised to match the highest vibrational levels of the universe. It is a journey that both cleanses and releases the old while welcoming new levels of being and awareness. Kundalini Reiki is a joyful personal time of healing, learning and growth. It can also be overwhelming! Levels will be taught on a one to one basis, over a period of time to be determined depending on your current knowledge and use of traditional Usui Reiki, or other energy healing modalities. Please call or email me regarding Kundalini Reiki classes. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~Distance Usui Reiki Classes (All Levels) While many Reiki Master Teachers are opposed to the concept of teaching Reiki and giving attunements via distance classes, reality teaches us that (or should) being there isn't always the next best thing! There isn't always a class available in different areas to those who either choose to learn Reiki or move on to a different level.
As well there are busy schedules and time constraints for some to consider. Often times the benefit of a distance class is the ability to learn at your own pace.
